Returns
Eligibility
Items must be returned within 7 days of receipt.
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
Customized or personalized products.
Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" on the product page.
Return Process
Request a Return: Contact our customer service or through your account on our website to initiate a return.
Return Authorization: You will receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions on how to send back the item.
Shipping the Item: Pack the item securely and include the RAN. Ship it to the address provided using a traceable shipping method.
Return Confirmation: Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.
Refunds
Refund Eligibility
Refunds are processed only for items that meet our return criteria.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product).
Refund Process
Approved Returns: Once your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact our customer service.
